Restoring Pride in Park North
Meet the Candidates for Park North Leadership – Yinka (Patrick) Alade & Daniel Goldenberg
Two owners who are committed to transparency, accountability, modernization, and improving the quality of life at Park North.
Park North is at an important turning point. As downtown Orlando continues to grow and modernize, our community must decide whether to continue its current path or move toward more proactive and transparent leadership.
We are running for the board to help shift Park North toward clearer communication, better planning, and stronger accountability.

Why We Are Running
We are running because many residents feel disconnected from decision-making and frustrated by a lack of communication, consistency, and long-term planning.
Our goal is simple:
Move Park North from reactive management to proactive leadership.
That means:
- Better communication with owners
- Stronger oversight of management
- Improved planning and follow-through
- More transparency in decisions
Park North needs people who believe in improving
What We Believe Needs to Improve
Residents have consistently raised concerns around:
- limited communication from leadership
- unclear decision-making processes
- inconsistent follow-through on community issues
- lack of long-term planning for improvements
These issues reflect a broader need for a more structured and accountable approach to community leadership.
Our Approach
If elected, we will focus on:
- proactive planning instead of reactive fixes
- transparent communication with owners
- stronger accountability in management decisions
- protecting and improving long-term property value
Why This Election Matters
This is not about personalities — it is about direction.
Park North has strong potential, but reaching it requires leadership that is engaged, responsive, and forward-thinking.
Our goal is to help guide the community toward that future.

Why haven’t these issues been fixed?
Many of the challenges facing Park North today continue because there is a lack of transparency, owner representation, and accountability in key decisions affecting our community.
This election is an opportunity to bring in NEW leadership that will listen to owners, renters, communicate openly, and make Park North’s living experience a priority.
What happens if nothing changes?
Without new leadership, Park North’s challenges may continue to grow, potentially impacting property values and the community’s appeal. This election is an opportunity to support improvements, increase Park North’s aesthetics, and help make Park North a place people are proud to call home.
Can renters vote?
No, renters cannot vote in the Park North election. However, renters can still play an important role by contacting the owner of the unit they rent and encouraging them to vote.
If you are a renter, consider sharing your experiences and concerns with the owner, especially if they do not live in the Orlando area and may not see the day-to-day challenges facing Park North.
Owners rely on residents to help them understand what is happening in the community, making owner participation and informed voting especially important.
